All items are one-of-a-kind, handmade art. So naturally there will be some variations across similar items.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order. If for some reason you are not happy due to a defect or damage incurred during shipping, please contact us within 3-5 days of receiving your order. At which point we may be able to exchange the item(s) in question with another item of the same price.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


We currently only ship to the US and Canada. All items (excluding custom orders) ship within 1-3 days after payment is received.

We follow shipping addresses entered during checkout.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Custom Orders

Please contact us for quotes.

For all custom orders, a 50% deposit is required before the order is started. Once the order is complete, the remaining 50% will be billed. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know when you place your order, so we can plan accordingly and do our very best to meet it.
